Sector Vision: يطمح قطاع الخدمات الفنية والمشاغل الرئيسية إلى التميز في تقديم خدمات هندسية وفنية عالية الجودة تدعم استدامة البنية التحتية، من خلال الابتكار، والالتزام بالمعايير الفنية، وتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية لخدمة قطاعات الوزارة المختلفة.

The sector includes the Administrative Security and Safety Department affiliated with the Technical Office. It comprises several maintenance workshops and other specialties, supervised by a select group of engineers to ensure quality and efficiency.

The sector includes the Technical Office and Fire Incidents Management, overseeing the maintenance and monitoring of departments outside the ministry’s headquarters and ensuring the proper functioning of necessary devices and alarms. A select group of engineers manage these tasks, divided into three main teams: the Computer Team, the Safety Team, and the Firefighting Team.

The Technical Office is responsible for monitoring and analyzing fire and electric shock incidents to ensure the implementation of safety standards and minimize risks in work environments. It also works on providing preventive solutions and developing precautionary measures to protect individuals and facilities.

The participation and engagement of various departments and sections of the sector in the National Day event of the State of Kuwait on February 25-26.

The training program was launched on October 13, 2024, and was established to provide both practical and theoretical training for all engineers, based on team needs and project requirements, with the goal of enhancing teamwork and professional development.

A training and field course تم تنفيذ دورة تدريبية وميدانية للأعمال المدنية، خاصة بقسم التصميم والإشراف، تحت عنوان "الدليل الميداني الشامل لفحص التشطيبات المعمارية". شملت الدورة الشرح النظري داخل الوزارة والتطبيق العملي خارجها، مع مشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وتم تنظيمها بهدف متابعة أعمال البنيان والصيانة، حيث أقيم الجزء الميداني في معهد إنشائي – أبراج حصة في حصة بلازا، وكانت الدورة مخصصة للمهندسين فقط. Design and Supervision Department, under the title “The Comprehensive Field Guide for Architectural Finishes Inspection.”
The course included theoretical instruction inside the ministry و practical training outside, with the participation of faculty members.
It focused on building and maintenance follow-up, and the field training took place at the Construction Institute – Hessa Towers in Hessa Plaza. The course was exclusively for female engineers.

تم تنفيذ دورة تدريبية وميدانية في أعمال البنية التحتيةوتركزت على المهارات العملية اللازمة لفحص الأعمال الإنشائية وتقييمها والإشراف على تنفيذها في مواقع المشاريع. شملت الدورة الشرح النظري داخل الوزارة والتدريب الميداني العملي و والتدريب الميداني العمليبالتعاون مع . مع المؤسسة العامة للرعاية السكنية.وخلال التدريب، قام المهندسون بزيارة مواقع المشاريع في مدينة المطلاع السكنية و ومدينة صباح الأحمد السكنية،حيث تعلموا كيفية تقييم جاهزية أعمال البنية التحتية، والتحقق من جودة التنفيذ، والإشراف على سير الأعمال الأساسية. وتهدف هذه الدورة إلى تعزيز القدرات الفنية للمهندسين وضمان التزامهم بأعلى المعايير في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية.
